There’s something special about being recognised for the work you do behind the scenes. At last year’s Business Success Network Awards in Birmingham, I was honoured to take home the Service Provider of the Year 2024 award.
The BSN Awards celebrate UK SMEs doing brilliant things, judged on merit by industry experts – no popularity votes, no box-ticking. Which is why this one feels extra special. It’s recognition for the work service providers do quietly (and sometimes not so quietly) in the background to help others shine.

Through the Children’s Activity Business Club and my work as a franchise and sales strategist, I’ve spent years helping business owners get fully booked, scale smart, and create more freedom.
This award is a nod to all those early morning strategy calls, late-night problem-solving sessions, and the “aha” moments that change everything for a client.
Service providers don’t always get the spotlight, but we’re the ones making sure the stage is set, the lights are on, and the show runs without a hitch. And I’m proud to be one of them.
