Vicky started Let’s Glow Sensory from scratch, growing it from a small independent business into a strong, recognisable brand that enabled her to leave teaching and become a franchisor. She now supports other business owners to achieve their own version of success.

Vicky specialises in helping children’s activity providers understand their niche and strengthen their brand. She supports business owners with marketing, visibility and increasing bookings, as well as creating a clear, achievable strategy for sustainable growth and scalability.

As a mum of three young girls who has built her business around a busy family life, Vicky understands the reality of having big ambitions but limited time. Her support is always tailored to the individual, taking into account their goals, values, capacity and what success genuinely means to them.
