From Invisible to Unmissable: What Children’s Activity Providers Learned in the Purple Cow Workshops

In October 2024, nearly 400 children’s activity providers joined me across five live Zoom sessions, with a buzzing Facebook group for support and accountability. The aim was simple: help providers raise their visibility, generate more leads and feel confident about sales, without adding hours of extra work to their week. Whether you were running baby classes, toddler groups, kids activity clubs or after-school clubs, the workshops were designed to help you stand out in a crowded market.

The workshops were packed with practical marketing for baby and toddler classes, kids activity clubs and beyond – no overcomplication, no endless slides, just real examples and clear steps. The Facebook group became the place to celebrate wins, share progress and (let’s be honest) keep each other accountable when the temptation to “catch up later” kicked in.

The results were brilliant. Providers left with fresh confidence, more visibility, stronger personal brands and a clear plan to generate leads and sell their classes. Many went on to join the Children’s Activity Business Club for ongoing support, because once you realise you don’t have to do it alone, it’s hard to go back.

Standing out in this industry isn’t optional – it’s essential. Parents have endless options, and if your marketing looks the same as everyone else’s, you’ll get lost in the noise. The Purple Cow Workshops gave providers the tools to step out from the crowd and become unmissable.
