Pauline is a Children’s Activity Business Strategist, and the founder and creator of EMOTIONALL.
With a background as a teacher and school leader, Pauline uses years of experience managing teams, running departments, and leading specialist services and schools, all to support Children’s Activity Providers to approach their businesses with the confidence of a true business owner.
Over the past eight years she has grown her own business, EMOTIONALL, from a side hustle into a full-time business, learning first hand what works – and also what to avoid.
She now trains her very own B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Coaches and also supports Children’s Activity Providers to think bigger, market smarter, and run their businesses in a way that reflects their value, whilst also keeping the focus on delivering great experiences for children.
