I’m Lara Hallam, founder of Dance and Cheer-a-cality (DCA), who are celebrating 18 years of working with children, young people, schools in the Hampshire area. I’ve danced professionally and built my business knowledge through growing DCA.
DCA is a community-focused dance and cheerleading club built on inclusivity, fundraising, working with schools, creating a strong “DCA family” of parents, supporters and members and have developed a junior coach pathway for those aged 12 plus to start the skills for future coaching development.
After years of building and growing my own successful children’s dance and cheer business, I know first-hand that running a children’s business takes so much more than passion, but passion is where it starts.
