I’m Catherine, and after 13 years of running a baby class franchise (and a LOT of singing,
clapping and nursery rhymes), I have picked up a thing or two about what actually makes a
children’s activity business tick.
Now a Certified Business Strategist, I use my experience to help children’s activity providers
build businesses which are profitable and sustainable as well as fulfilling and fun!
My particular passion is around helping franchisees run a business that feels like theirs;
working confidently with their brand guidelines while still carving out something that reflects
who they are, what they’re good at, and why they got into this in the first place.
Part strategist, part fellow business owner who’s familiar with wearing all the hats and
working all the weird hours, I want to help you find ways to run your business and not end up
with your business running you!
