It’s the big reset after summer, when parents are looking for fresh routines and new opportunities for their children. For activity providers, that means one thing – you need to be visible, confident and ready to fill your classes.

That’s why I created The Club Experience: Booked & Ready Week. This wasn’t a course, and it wasn’t a challenge. It was an experience designed to help providers boost visibility, secure more bookings and feel in control, all through simple daily actions that take minutes, not hours.

Almost 500 providers registered, with 440 joining our private group. The energy inside was incredible. Every morning, we focused on one clear task, with real-time support and community accountability keeping everyone on track. The buzz in the group showed just how powerful it is to do the right things consistently, even when those things only take ten minutes a day.

The results spoke for themselves. Providers reported seeing increased visibility online and stronger engagement on their posts. They started conversations with new customers and reconnected with old ones. Bookings for September came in, lead generation activities were tested and refined, and perhaps most importantly, people told me they felt more confident and in control. Sometimes it’s not about a huge marketing overhaul – it’s about taking focused action that works.

That’s exactly why this event made such an impact. There was no fluff, no overwhelming challenges, just light-touch sales and marketing strategies that get results fast.
