Amy Wilson-Phillips is the owner of an award-winning, independent business and supports children’s activity providers to build clear, confident and sustainable businesses. With three young children of her own, Amy understands the realities of running classes, managing a venue, filling spaces and growing a business alongside family life.

Alongside her strategy work, Amy delivers baby development classes including baby massage, baby yoga and sensory sessions, as well as baby and toddler signing classes. She also has experience teaching within Early Years settings, giving her a strong understanding of how programmes work in both community and nursery environments.

Amy specialises in brand positioning, offer creation and practical strategy, helping providers clarify what makes them different. Her approach is supportive, realistic and rooted in lived experience, helping business owners move from overwhelm to clarity and growth.
